Comfort, care, and retention
Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup when possible. After your appointment, keep the lash line clean, avoid pulling or rubbing, and follow the aftercare guidance provided by your artist. Refill timing varies with your natural lash cycle and daily care.
How do I choose between classic, hybrid, and volume?
Classic is the most natural, hybrid adds texture, and volume creates more fullness. Your artist can adjust density and curl during the consultation.
Do you offer refills?
Yes. Refill eligibility depends on the time since your last appointment and how many extensions remain.
Can I book if another salon did my current set?
Please call before booking so we can determine whether a refill or removal and new set is best.
